Overselling Policy: In the event that the Hotel cannot provide the lodging service contracted by the consumer with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel, on its own account, will find adequate alternatives to supply the contracted service, which are at least equal to or better than the originally contracted benefits.
The Hotel will pay one night including taxes in a similar Hotel.
The guest will be offered free transportation to the new Hotel.
The guest will be granted at least one call to their home or office.
